The Purple Tip Hammer Coral (Euphyllia parancora), has great colors. In the wild they are found throughout the indo pacific including Australia and Indonesia. These corals require moderate to high lighting and moderate flow.
They have sweeper tentacles and should be kept at a distance from other corals in the aquarium.
Place it in a mid to high of the aquarium where it will get plenty of nutrients and trace elements.
Hammer corals benefit from a variety of different foods such as mysis, phyloplankton, zooplankton, baby brine shrimp, LPS pellets and cylopsis in their diet.
