The Blue Candy Cane (Caulastrea furcata) is a branching coral that have a few different color variations; blue, brown, and green. They range from Fiji, Marshal Islands and Australia.
A great addition to any reef aquarium, the candy cane or trumpet coral, is easy to keep and requires moderate from and moderate lighting. Place it in the higher part of the aquarium where it will get plenty of nutrients and trace elements.
Caulastrea coral should also be fed a variety of foods such as mysis, live baby brine shrimp, cyclops, and phyloplankton.
