Acroporas require high lighting, to maintain color and growth. We have had success in growing acro’s under LED’s as well as metal halides. Position them high up on the rocks, with moderate currents to supply it nutrients.
Maintain balanced supplements of calcium, alkalinity and magnesium.
Acros can be fed a variety of foods such as oyster feast, and zooplankton. However we’ve had success feeding our acro’s plankton one day, and live brine shrimp the following day.
